What We Provide
Concierge regenerative medicine, delivered where you already are. One clinical team, one plan, and a written quote before you commit to anything.
Stem Cell Therapy
Wharton’s jelly–derived mesenchymal stem cells from ethically donated umbilical cord tissue, administered by a licensed clinician in your home.
Exosome Therapy
Included in every standard injection rather than priced as an add-on. Exosomes carry the signalling factors that direct tissue repair.
Joint Injections
Shoulder, knee, hip, elbow, hand, foot and back. Injection volume is matched to the size of the joint being treated rather than applied as one fixed dose.
IV Therapy
Intravenous cellular protocols for overall wellness, delivered at home either alongside joint treatment or on their own.
In-Home Visits
A licensed clinician treats you where you are comfortable. Most treatments are a single appointment, with no recovery drive at the end of it.
Straight Answers On Cost
You get a written quote before you commit to anything. HSA and FSA funds are accepted, and third-party financing is available.
How it works.
Five steps, each one written down. You always know what happens next and who is responsible for it.
Qualification
Tell us what you are dealing with. A short review tells us whether this is worth your time before anyone books anything.
Virtual consultation
A licensed clinician reviews your history and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Plan and written quote
An individual plan setting out the protocol, the joints involved and the cost — in writing, before you decide.
In-home treatment
A licensed clinician comes to you. Most visits are a single appointment in your own home.
Follow-up care
An agreed follow-up schedule, and someone who actually checks in on how you are doing.
We typically respond within one business day. That is a target, not a guaranteed appointment.
Care that comes to you, under physician oversight.
Regenerative Revival delivers concierge regenerative medicine in the patient’s own home. Treatment is provided by licensed clinicians under physician oversight, and a virtual consultation always comes first — so nobody travels, waits or pays for a visit that was never going to be appropriate.
Every standard joint injection includes both Wharton’s jelly and exosomes, sourced from ethically donated umbilical cord tissue and processed by accredited tissue banks under applicable federal tissue-safety standards. Dosing is matched to the joint being treated: a hand is not a hip, and the protocol reflects that.
Not everyone is a candidate, and we would rather tell you early. A physician evaluation determines eligibility, and some histories rule treatment out — including a cancer diagnosis within the past five years, or diabetes with an A1c above 7.5.
Conditions commonly treated include osteoarthritis and joint degeneration, chronic joint pain, sports and soft-tissue injuries, and post-injury recovery. Intravenous wellness protocols are available separately.
The people behind every visit.
A medical director who sets the protocols, and a patient advocate who answers the phone.
Dr. Arora, MD
Dr. Arora, MD, serves as Medical Director at Regenerative Revival, bringing 15 years of practice to a focus on regenerative medicine. Dr. Arora oversees the clinic’s injection and IV protocols, with dosing matched to the joint being treated.
Oversees clinical protocols and clinician supervision. Specific board certifications are not represented here. Individual candidacy for treatment is determined by physician evaluation only.
Noah Nelson
Your first point of contact. Noah handles scheduling, intake paperwork and the questions patients are often reluctant to ask — starting with what it costs and whether it is worth doing at all.
Patient advocacy and coordination. This is not a clinical role: eligibility and treatment plans are determined by the treating clinician under physician oversight.
